	Government Affairs Committee The Government Affairs Committee, Chaired by Patrick Giesbrecht, meets at 7:45 am on the first Friday of each month in the board room at Sevenoaks Shopping Centre. 	Tourism Committee Dan Mansell, Chair TOURISM COMMITTEE MISSION STATEMENT: To develop the commercial, civic and social well-being of our community through the promotion of tourism. To represent the perspectives and voice of tourism related businesses to the Chamber, the public and all levels of government. 	Training/ Retention/ Ambassadors/ Membership/ TRAM Committee This newly formed group is an amalgamation of the Training & Development, Business Services, and Membership committees. Their first meeting was February 1st, 2007 and they will continue to meet at 7:45 am on the first Thursday of each month. Pat Sapielak is the Chair of this committee.
