Please be advised the 2025 Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting will be held on March 19th 2025. The details of this meeting are as follows:

Members must be in good standing (dues paid in full by March 18th), and in attendance at the AGM in order to participate in the Annual General Meeting and cast a vote in the Board of Directors election.
Meet the Nominees for the ACOC Board Of Directors
During the AGM, five vacancies on the Board of Directors will be filled by way of a member vote. Voting will take place in-person. Members in good standing and in-attendance at the AGM will be able to vote.
Continuing on the Board, include the following Directors:

- Sam Varing of First West Credit Union as Vice President
- Josh Reynolds of Illustrate Collective, as Secretary
- Kamna Suri of Sandman Hotel Group
- Dr. Khyati Shetty, Director of the University of the Fraser Valley School of Business,
- Loren Taves of Taves Estate Cidery/Taves Family Farms
- Steve Czeck, Owner & CEO of Empyrion Technologies Inc.
- Kevin Mierau, owner of Mierau Contractors LTD in a non-voting position as Past President
