The Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce submits pre-budget recommendations to ensure the priorities of Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley business community are reflected in provincial and federal decision-making. As one of Canada’s fastest-growing and most trade-exposed regions, our economy depends on strategic investments and policies that support business growth, infrastructure, workforce development, agriculture, manufacturing, and trade competitiveness.
This year our submission is targeted. We know there are some significant priorities so we’ve focused our submission on practical, solutions-oriented recommendations that strengthen economic growth, investment, and long-term prosperity. It is also an important opportunity to ensure the Fraser Valley’s role as a critical economic gateway is recognized in broader discussions around productivity, supply chains, and nation-building infrastructure.
